Unity Candle Ceremony

This is another visual symbolisation of the joining of two people together in marriage.

Both individuals will take a lit candle and simultaneously light a larger candle, known as the Unity Candle.  This symbolises the union of two becoming one and the start of your new life together.

You can personalise the Unity Candle with your names and date of your wedding, giving you a special keepsake of your wedding day.

Don’t worry if your ceremony is outside and it’s a little bit breezy, you can pop the Unity Candle into a hurricane glass and use a longer candle to light it!!
